Salon Policy

Thank you for taking the time to read our policy.  We want your experience to be a positive one.  However we do have some policies and expectations listed below

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours if not, you will be charged a $30 fee. That fee must be paid before booking again. Texting is not an acceptable way of cancelling. You must email, or cancel the appointment yourself and please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation email.  No Exceptions!

If you are 30 minutes late or more you must reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a $30 free for that missed appointment.  We understand things happen but we just want mutual respect for each others time.

All 1st timer appointments must be booked online. 

Hydra Bar sends out appointment verification at least 24 hours before your appointment.  It is your responsibility to make sure your email and phone number is correct.  Remember you did fill out the information when you booked so please double check if they are correct. 

Anyone who's not getting services must wait in designated waiting area.  We are all for having someone there to support you or just hang with you for the day.  At Hydra Bar our appointments are one on one interaction with our clients.  So whomever you invite with you must agree to stay in the designated area.

At Hydra Bar although "We Love The Kids" however Hydra Bar is not an environment for one to bring children if they aren't getting service.  If you must,  No kids can NOT be left unattended.  If left unattended then we have the right to refuse services.  
 
We do not service children under 16
